Ongoing Therapy / Capacity Building

Ongoing Occupational Therapy is provided across the lifespan, supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults to build and maintain functional independence in daily life.

Therapy focuses on practical, goal-directed support and is tailored to each person’s cognitive, physical, emotional, and environmental needs. Lachlan works from a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach that respects individual differences and prioritises dignity, autonomy, and participation.

Ongoing therapy may support:

  • Daily living skills, routines, and self-management
  • Executive functioning, planning, and task sequencing
  • Emotional regulation and adjustment to disability or life changes
